Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.


The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.


Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.bulkmromarket.com.


Return will be processed only if:

it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

the product is not different from what was shipped to you.

the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).


If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Bulkmromarket shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.


Rules for a successful Return: -

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

Conditions
Correct Product
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted, and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.


If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.


Note: If you have received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
